Returns

If the shoes you have ordered do not fit, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item/s within 30 days of receipt. Items MUST be returned in new condition with all original packaging including no damage to shoe box to be eligible for a refund or gift card. Items must be enclosed in either an outer box, wrapped in paper or inserted in a parcel. A taped up shoe box will not be accepted.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders and are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

US RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept returns from full price purchases made on heelbangers.com. We do not accept returns on sale items.
To process your return, please login to your account, then click here. Select the order and fill out the return request online form.
When we receive your return request, we will generate and send you a return label with USPS. If FREE SHIPPING was applied to your original order, we will deduct the original and return shipping fee from your refund.
All returns of Ellie Shoes, Pin Up Couture, Demonia, Devious, Fabulicious, and Fantasma will have a 20% restocking fee applied. 

 

RETURNS PROCESSING
Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received.
