If the shoes you have ordered do not fit, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item/s within 30 days of receipt. Items MUST be returned in new condition with all original packaging including no damage to shoe box to be eligible for a refund or gift card. Items must be enclosed in either an outer box, wrapped in paper or inserted in a parcel. A taped up shoe box will not be accepted.
There are no returns on SALE items unfortunately.
If free shipping was applied to your order, the original shipping cost as well as return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose a gift card the full amount will be credited, minus any return shipping.
All returns of Ellie Shoes will have a 20% restocking fee applied.

From there a return label will be emailed to you and the package will then need to be handed over to UPS or USPS, depending on the label. Please make sure you check which shipping carrier is on the label.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been received. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. All refunds must be issued on the original form of payment. A gift card will be issued if the card is no longer active. A gift card will be issued if neither refund nor gift card is stated. We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges will also be deducted.
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to purchase another size or style, please place a new order.
