Shipping Policy - International

For all international orders, delivery times are delayed for standard international shipping, due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions, which means your package may take longer to arrive to you and may be redirected via a non-traditional route if the postal service sees fit. We do not exactly know how long packages may be delayed, but we are seeing for some countries, especially in Europe, approx 2 months (maybe even longer) of a wait time.
If you are concerned about delays, please select DHL as your shipping method.
Customers outside the U.S. maybe be liable for any customs and import duty or taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package and HeelBangers.com will not be liable.
If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
International orders will be sent from the United States using USPS First Class or Priority Mail and includes tracking.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once items have been shipped. Items are shipped within 1-4 working days from receipt of order. During sales, promotions and new product releases please allow an additional 24 hours to process your order. If processing times are longer, we will send a courtesy email. If you'd like us to rush your order, please email email@example.com.
International deliveries (standard shipping) take anywhere between 1-4 weeks (in some instances an additional 2-3 weeks). Delivery times for international orders vary due to customs processing times. We do not guarantee arrival dates on international orders, due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disaster, delays in customs, and/or delays on the local postal service's end.
Orders may also be sent via DHL and includes tracking and fast delivery, between 3-7 business days.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
Orders which are returned to sender due to being unclaimed or incorrectly addressed from buyer are not the responsibility of HeelBangers.com. Once order has been returned, it will be shipped out again at the buyer's expense. If the buyer refuses to make the additional shipping payment, the order will be refunded deducting the original shipping charge.
All of our items are listed in US Dollars and we charge your account in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card will determine the exchange rate.
